    In Canadian workplaces, more and more people are working virtually, often from home. We're negotiating work-from-home arrangements because we hope it will give us the freedom to take care of our personal and family responsibilities. Without the commute to-and-from the office, we’ll have more time for friends and family, right? We'll be less consumed with busy-ness and have more time for the stuff that matters: family, community, connectedness. Or maybe not.
