What volunteers have to say ...
"Watching the kids develop new skills and get better each week is a fantastic experience! Seeing the sense of accomplishment and happiness on their faces when they are able to perform a skill they couldn't do before, like skating backwards, is amazing!"
Participation in community sports & rec enhances physical health, self-esteem, self-confidence and overall well-being. Children with autism often have difficult getting involved in sports & rec in their community -- be a part of a huge change in a family's life, while gaining valuable experience in a fun environment! Work alongside our support workers and help a child with autism learn how to ice skate!
