Mission Statement

Celebrating 40 years of success and growth, Seniors Come Share Society (SCSS) has actively listened to the needs of the seniors and their families in our community and developed supports and services with community partners to build this dynamic organization. As of March 2016, we have provided 75,527 connections through our over 25 community programs. Our success comes largely from over 300 volunteers, who visit older adults in their homes, help with community meal programs, filling out forms to access government services and walking as a group in our parks and neighbourhoods to improve their overall wellbeing. Through these initiatives, we are successfully achieving our mandate to be a recognized leader in our community through helping seniors maintain their independence. MISSON STATEMENT We help seniors maintain independence through Day Programs, Support & Caregiver Respite.
